Mandarin Oriental Refreshing Smoothie
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel cucumber lime green smoothie is a blend of fruits and vegetables. The green smoothie is easy to make at home.
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 ½ cups unsweetened cashew or almond milk
Juice and zest of one lime
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
1 cup of blueberries
1 – 2 cocktail cucumbers, ends trimmed or regular cucumber
Instructions:
Combine milk, spinach, lime juice and zest in a high speed blender and blend until liquefied, approximately one minute
Turn off blender and add the banana, blueberries, and cucumber
Blend for one more minute until creamy and thickened
