Nobu Los Cabos Pacific Restaurant Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 avocados
1/4 red onion
Peeled and chopped 6 diced cherry tomatoes
Fresh coriander finely chopped to the taste 2
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to the taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed, place in a bowl and mash the avocados with a fork
2. Add tomatoes, coriander, onion, and lime juice and mix
3. Salt and pepper to taste
4. Serve with chips or corn tostadas and enjoy!
